One Cup

Once a year, it’s kick-off time at Motel One! At our internal soccer tournament, the One Cup, employees from all countries and hotel locations come together to give it their all on the field. Driven by fair play and a love for the game, teams from all locations take part in the friendly competition. But it’s more than just sport. Soon to come: Motel One London-Shoreditch

We’re excited to announce that Motel One will open its second hotel in London in summer 2026, just steps away from vibrant Old Street. The new hotel will feature 237 stylish rooms and expect guests from around the world. And it’s not just great news for our guests – with this opening, we’re also creating exciting new career opportunities for hospitality talents who want to grow with an international brand and be part of something new from the very beginning.

The Motel One Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Green Key. All our hotels in the UK have already received this prestigious certification. Green Key is an independent, internationally recognized eco-label that represents the highest standards in environmental management (e.g. water, energy) and sustainability education, especially for employees and guests.
