A look behind the scenes – company presentations & hotel tours

We warmly invite school classes and career-oriented groups to visit our hotels and gain an authentic insight into the world of the Motel One Group. During a company presentation, you will learn who we are, what sets us apart, and the wide variety of career paths the hotel industry has to offer.
Afterwards, a personal hotel tour takes you behind the scenes – from check-in to housekeeping, you will experience first-hand what everyday life in our hotels looks like. Our goal: to inspire students to explore career opportunities in hospitality, provide orientation, and encourage direct exchange with our teams.
