  • Bonus programme

    Your commitment pays off. Thanks to our bonus programme, you can increase your salary by up to 1,300€ per quarter – or even up to 2,000€ as a head of department. This is based on guest satisfaction in your own hotel: the better the rating, the higher the bonus.

  • Collective agreement + overtime compensation

    At Motel One, you are paid according to the collective agreement – fairly and transparently. There is no unpaid overtime: it is recorded and compensated. In addition, you receive supplements for night and holiday work in accordance with the collective agreement.

  • Shopping with Corporate Benefits & Futurebens
