At the Motel One Group, working hours are as varied as our hotels. The onboarding process at the Motel One Group is clearly structured and personally supervised. New employees receive an individual onboarding plan that introduces them step by step to their tasks, processes and our company.
A central component is our mentoring programme: every new colleague is assigned a personal induction buddy. This experienced contact person provides support for all questions relating to Motel One and The Cloud One, the workplace and everyday life in the team – even if things get a little tricky in the early days. Ideally, the mentor comes from the same department and knows the company inside out.
Recruiting for our new openings usually begins around 3 to 4 months before the planned launch of the hotel. As soon as the new hotel manager is hired, we publish all open positions for the new hotel here on our careers website. Please understand that we cannot accept any applications before this time.
