In addition to receiving and processing bookings, the reservations team also takes care of registering available rooms on booking portals to manage availabilities. Skilful planning and organising is key. Experience in the hotel industry is highly advantageous for jobs in the reservations department.

Motel One reception desks know no business hours. Our front office staff is available around the clock for our guests, carrying out check-ins and answering questions.
