- Onboarding & Training-on-the-job
After the onboarding phase and getting to know all our departments briefly, you will gain practical leadership experience with clear learning goals and support of your mentor. This also includes participating in trainings at One University, individual development plans and coachings, as well as networking between your trainee colleagues across cities.
- Rotation, Mentoring & Feedback
You will rotate between 3 hotels (national and international) over 12–18 months. There wil be a close collaboration between you and your mentor, hotel manager and the People & Culture team.
- Individual development & takeover
With your individual development plan, you’ll be perfectly prepared for your next career step — including leadership responsibilities. Upon successful completion, we aim to offer a permanent position.
