You can gain valuable international experience while you are still studying – for example, during a four-week assignment at one of our hotels outside Germany. Our goal is long-term cooperation – even beyond your studies. More than 70% of our dual students stay with the Motel One Group after graduation. If you bring commitment and talent to the table, you can get off to a quick start with us: many graduates quickly take on responsibility – for example, as a supervisors or head of departments at one of our numerous locations.

The most important thing for us is your enthusiasm for the hotel industry. Ideally, you will already have some practical experience. If not, we offer you the opportunity to complete an internship at the Motel One Group before you start your studies – giving you an authentic insight into our world. Are you highly organised, speak good English and work independently? Perfect – then you have the best prerequisites for a successful start with us.
