Design & Technology
As part of the design team, you will work as an interior designer, architect or buyer alongside your colleagues to create stylish and innovative designs for our One Lounge and rooms. If you love designing exclusive hotel environments, feel at home with high-quality materials and fabrics, and bring fresh ideas to the table, you'll fit right in with us!
You can also make a big difference in the technology team: whether it's a new construction or a redesign, our exciting projects will take you all over Europe. We are looking for committed civil engineers and IT specialists who will use their expertise and passion to further develop our hotels from a technical perspective.
Development
As part of the Motel One Group's development team, you will play an active role in shaping the future of our hotels.
You will discover new locations in Europe and worldwide, develop exciting hotel projects and accompany them from the initial idea to the final decision. You will negotiate with investors and developers, calculate the projects and present them convincingly at the highest level.
Our hotels are already represented in many countries in Europe and the USA – further markets are in the pipeline. Ideally, you will be willing to travel and have some initial experience in location development. Most importantly, however, you will support our concepts and be able to inspire investors and property owners to do the same.
Legal
As part of our legal team, you will support the international growth of Motel One and The Cloud One Hotels. Working closely with the development team, you will assist in the acquisition of new hotel locations, negotiate project contracts and draft contractual terms and conditions. You will initiate hotel transactions and ensure that our expansion is on a solid legal footing.
Entering new markets always brings new legal challenges. At the same time, you will also advise on other legal issues and work closely with other departments and external law firms – always in a practical manner and on an equal footing.
Marketing & E-Commerce
In the Motel One Group's marketing department, you will help shape the presence of our brands at all touchpoints – both offline and digital. You will immerse yourself in the Motel One brand world, develop content for guests and employees, and at the same time accompany the exciting development of our second brand: The Cloud One Hotels. Whether it's our website, app, social media, One Mag or design brochures – we create creative projects with high standards and international appeal.
Our E-commerce team ensures that our hotels can be booked online at any time and implements innovative digital projects that bring our brands to life.
Operations
The Operations Team consists of the Purchasing and Revenue Management departments. Our purchasers not only negotiate with suppliers and calculate budgets but also develop the range of products and services on offer, for example with new gin menus or organic breakfasts.
In Revenue Management, you use data-based analyses and dynamic pricing to ensure that our rooms are sold at the right time, through the right channel and at the optimal price. The aim is to maximise occupancy and revenue – always with an eye on market trends and a fair price-performance ratio. Do you love numbers and think strategically? People & Culture
The People & Culture team is dedicated to a wide range of topics related to our corporate culture and employee development. These include our One University training centre, a variety of training programmes, offers related to education and study, continuous development in recruiting, targeted employer branding, organisational development – and much more. Finance & Controlling
Whether accounting, controlling or corporate finance – our finance team ensures that the growth of the Motel One Group is based on solid financial foundations. Together with the management and the hotels, you will keep an eye on all the figures: from SAP-supported accounting and travel expense management to in-depth analyses, balance sheets and tax issues to budget planning and payroll. You will work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and be a reliable contact person for accounting and payroll-related issues – even on an international level. If you are keen to take on responsibility and apply your numerical skills in a dynamic environment, the Finance team is the right place for you!
