Personal exchange is a key priority for us. With a specially developed programme framework, we actively promote networking among our Work & Study participants. From a virtual Welcome Day and hands-on workshops in Munich to regular online Q&A sessions and expert lectures – we create opportunities to connect, learn from one another, and build a strong network. Of course, we cover the costs for travel, accommodation, and meals in Munich.

Our goal is long-term cooperation – even beyond your studies. More than 70% of our dual students stay with the Motel One Group after graduation. If you bring commitment and talent to the table, you can get off to a quick start with us: many graduates quickly take on responsibility – for example, as a supervisor or department manager at one of our numerous locations.

What matters most to us is your passion for the hotel industry. Ideally, you’ve already gained some initial practical experience. If not, we’ll be happy to offer you a pre-study internship so you can get to know our way of working and our company culture before your degree begins. Are you highly organised, like to work independently, and have a good command of English? Then you already have the best foundations for a successful start in the Work & Study programme at the Motel One Group.
