Management Trainee Program Hospitality

After the onboarding phase and getting to know all our departments briefly, you will gain practical leadership experience with clear learning goals and support of your mentor. This also includes participating in trainings at One University, individual development plans and coachings, as well as networking between your trainee colleagues across cities.

You will rotate between 3 hotels (national and international) over 12–18 months. There wil be a close collaboration between you and your mentor, hotel manager and the People & Culture team.

With your individual development plan, you’ll be perfectly prepared for your next career step — including leadership responsibilities. Upon successful completion, we aim to offer a permanent position.

You hold a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Business Administration (or a comparable tourism diploma) and have at least one year of operational experience across various hotel departments.

You bring flexibility, a readiness to travel, and the motivation to lead, inspire, and make bold decisions — fueled by your passion for hospitality and your ambition to take the next step toward a Hotel Manager position.

You combine strong social skills, an open and positive attitude, and excellent communication with analytical thinking, a high level of quality and service awareness, and a structured yet team-oriented way of working.
