How Ahmed found his way to Motel One
Ahmed has been part of Motel One Hannover since its opening in March 2022. He completed his initial training in hospitality, then gained valuable experience working in other hotels. A former trainee colleague told him about the pre-opening, and Ahmed quickly knew he wanted to seize the opportunity. What excited him most was the chance to train in another city before the hotel’s debut—and the fact that at Motel One you’re never tied to just one property or location.
Team spirit that truly matters
Even during the intense pre-opening phase, the team grew close. “Our team is like a family—everyone helps everyone,” Ahmed shares. This atmosphere makes all the difference for him, whether in stressful moments or day-to-day operations. Open communication and mutual support are second nature to him.
