Your tasks
This is a part-time position (16 hours per week, 2 days per week). Shifts can fall on any day of the week, therefore flexibility is required, with weekend availability highly desirable.
The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from a warm welcome at check-in to a genuine farewell at departure. As a Front Office Agent, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth front office operations.
