Your responsibilities
As a Maintenance Assistant at Motel One Hotels, you'll serve as a technical all-rounder, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily facility inspections to identify any issues within the premises and overseeing or delegating necessary repair and renovation tasks
- Verifying the functionality of devices, elevators, and technical equipment within the hotel
- Upholding cleanliness and upkeep of all exterior areas
- Effective communication, coordination, and collaboration with external contractors
- Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
