Principais Responsabilidades:
- Preparar e servir bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas com criatividade e atenção ao detalhe.
- Criar cocktails clássicos e de autor, garantindo qualidade e apresentação.
- Proporcionar um atendimento simpático, profissional e personalizado aos clientes.
- Manter o espaço do bar limpo, organizado e em conformidade com as normas de higiene e segurança.
- Trabalhar em equipa com os colegas de F&B para garantir um serviço fluido e eficiente.
- Sugerir bebidas e promover produtos de forma proativa.
O que traz consigo
Formação e Experiência:
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano como Barman/Barmaid (preferencialmente em hotelaria ou restauração).
- Formação na área de hotelaria, restauração ou mixologia (valorizada).
Competências Técnicas:
- Conhecimento sólido de bebidas, cocktails e técnicas de bar.
- Capacidade de trabalhar com sistemas de POS.
- Conhecimento das normas HACCP.
Competências Pessoais:
- Boa comunicação e simpatia natural.
- Proatividade, dinamismo e atenção ao detalhe.
- Espírito de equipa e flexibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, fins de semana e feriados.
- Fluência em português e inglês (outras línguas são uma mais-valia).
