Once a quarter, you will receive the reconnect newsletter, which offers a wide range of exciting content. In each issue you will find the latest news and updates about the Motel One Group, so that you are always informed about the most recent developments at the company.

The newsletter also contains inspiring career stories. In the event that you are interested in returning at any time, we use the newsletter to highlight the latest vacancies at our company.

Whether you are looking for new challenges or just want to stay informed, the reconnect newsletter will keep you up to date.

Do you know someone who is looking for a new job and would be a good fit for the Motel One Group? As a reconnect member, you can continue to act as a brand ambassador for Motel One Group employees.

All personal contacts can be recommended, but this only applies to new employees. These are people who are not or have not previously been in an employment or educational relationship with the Motel One Group. All part-time or full-time vacancies in the hotels and head office can be recommended. However, temporary staff, internships and external staff (e.g. cleaning staff) are excluded.

The person you refer applies for the relevant position via the Motel One Group careers page.

Important: The person must mention your full name and the reconnect programme in writing within the application (either CV or cover letter). Unfortunately, it is not possible to submit a recommendation at a later date.

If the referred person passes the application process and the subsequent probationary period, we would like to give you a hotel voucher as a thank you for your recommendation. This can be redeemed at a Motel One of your choice and is valid for two nights in a double room with breakfast.
