As a Breakfast Host, you ensure our guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant start to their day. With your warm smile, eye for detail and proactive approach, you create a welcoming breakfast experience that reflects the Motel One philosophy of “One Smile”.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing, replenishing and maintaining our breakfast buffet according to Motel One standards
- Providing attentive and efficient service during breakfast hours
- Ensuring cleanliness, quality and presentation throughout the breakfast service
- Assisting guests with questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Supporting the Bar One team after breakfast service when required
- Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
What you bring
Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional or looking for a new challenge, personality and genuine hospitality are what matter most to us.
You:
- Are an early bird and enjoy starting your day before most people have even had their first coffee
- Have experience in hospitality, catering or customer service, or are eager to learn
- Are friendly, approachable and enjoy interacting with guests
- Remain calm and organized, even during busy breakfast rushes
- Are flexible with working hours and willing to support the team when needed, for example in case of unexpected busy periods or when covering for colleagues
- Are a team player who enjoys helping out across departments
- Have a strong eye for cleanliness, quality and presentation
