Estamos à procura de um(a) Empregado(a) de Mesa com paixão pelo serviço, atenção ao detalhe e vontade de proporcionar experiências memoráveis aos nossos clientes. A pessoa selecionada irá integrar uma equipa dinâmica e colaborativa numa unidade hoteleira em Lisboa, onde o foco está na hospitalidade genuína e no serviço de excelência.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Receber e acompanhar os clientes de forma cordial e profissional.
- Apresentar o menu, esclarecer dúvidas e fazer sugestões adequadas.
- Servir refeições e bebidas com eficiência, atenção e simpatia.
- Assegurar que todas as necessidades dos clientes são atendidas durante o serviço.
- Preparar e organizar mesas antes e após o serviço.
- Colaborar com a equipa de sala e cozinha para garantir um serviço fluido.
- Cumprir com os padrões de higiene, segurança e qualidade definidos pela unidade.
What you bring
Formação e Experiência:
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções semelhantes (preferencialmente em hotelaria ou restauração).
- Formação na área de hotelaria ou restauração (valorizada).
Competências Técnicas:
- Conhecimento de técnicas de serviço à mesa.
- Capacidade de trabalhar com sistemas de POS.
- Conhecimento das normas HACCP.
Competências Pessoais:
- Excelente comunicação e apresentação pessoal.
- Simpatia, proatividade e atenção ao cliente.
- Espírito de equipa e flexibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, fins de semana e feriados.
- Fluência em português e inglês (outras línguas são valorizadas).
