Are you passionate about hospitality, eager to take an active role, continuously learn, and assume responsibility? Then our Management Trainee Programme is the ideal starting point for your long-term career with the Motel One Group.

In just 12 to 18 months, we will prepare you for your future role as a Hotel Manager (f/m/d) through a structured and hands-on development journey. You will rotate through three of our hotels – both nationally and internationally – gaining in-depth insights into all operational areas.

Throughout the programme, you will benefit from exciting projects, a tailored training plan, and dedicated support from experienced mentors. This approach allows you to develop your individual strengths, enhance your leadership skills, and channel your passion for hospitality into a fulfilling career.

At the Motel One headquarters in Munich there are various entry options available. From marketing to controlling to development: at the Motel One head office, many departments work under one roof.
