Housekeeping

Cleanliness is an important element of the Motel One service quality. Our executive housekeepers ensure that all public areas and guest rooms of their hotels are impeccable and coordinate all related tasks. Their responsibilities also include product orders, warehousing and team training. Housekeeping assistants primarily carry out quality controls of our guest rooms, which they closely coordinate with our external contractors. Diligence, quality-consciousness and communicative abilities are essential for these roles.

Maintenance Manager and Assistants

Our in-house technicians take care of a whole range of tasks, ranging from technical installations of TVs or lamps and rectification of minor or significant technical and structural faults to paint jobs. Together with external contractors, they ensure that our technology, including the IT systems, work smoothly and our guests are comfortable during their stay. Our technical staff are supported by the technical department at our Head Office  and regularly trained at the One University. Technical careers require corresponding qualifications and/or relevant experience in building maintenance.
